I went to Palm Cevy for the first time to have my Chevy looked at for a simple issueThe car would start to get a vibration in the steering wheel at 60mphThis issue started right after I fixed a flat in the right front tire with fix a flatThe service department said I needed to spend $1,on NEW axles to fix the problemThey said it was not the tire that was flat that was the issueI said thank youTook my car down the road to someone else that addressed the issue an said the problem was the right front had a slash in it and the Fix a flat settled on one side of the tire causing it to be unbalancedHAPPENS ALOT they said with fix a flat They repalce the tire balanced all my wheels and $later car is good as newSo I saved $1,by running away from Palm's service Service DepartmentIt's truly sadHow many people do they steal from ??? I'm far from stupidI been living in Ocala only a yearI am a CPA with my own businessI know alot of poepleI was also going to purchase a new Equinox for my wife since the old is now my sons car now that he drivesBottom lineNever shall I go back to Palm Chevy and I will let all my Ocala clients know of the horrible business practices Oh yes they also suggested another $of repair that should be doneI did not ask for them to look but the want MORE

I never do this but for the money I had to pay , this should be noted !!! After taking my Cadilac CTS to the Caddy dealer they wanted to fix my sun roof , I decided to take my car to Palm Chevrolet for a second opinionI dropped my car off @ in the morningI looked at the clock and it was almost 11am so I started calling the dealerWhen I got ahold of my service tech , he told me it would be a couple of more hoursWhen he called me back at about 1400, he told me it would be $to take head liner off to figure out what may be leaking, so I authorized itI then had to call them back to see if they would offer me a loanerWhen I arrived there he first told me my car would be I almost had a stroke when he said thatI asked him what he could do for me and some how got it down to plus tax (that came out to 1311.00) When I got home I got on the Chevrolet website and priced the parts my self the first part was web price was with free delivery and the second part did not exist? My question here is why is web price cheaper if it all comes from GM ? Go figureTo add injury to that, when I opened my trunk it was still taken apart and I had to go there againThey ran through so fastIts a shame we the tax payers bailed them out and this is how they thank us? Very bad serviceThe customer means nothing to these peopleEvery customer is a walking ATM machine, they care nothing about their brandNo one was even spoken toIf you're going to rip someone off, at least finish the jobOh, the part numbers were and this one did not come up at all 22886294? Very questionable I have heard great things about the owner Craig and dont think he would approve I felt less then whole after walking away from there - Cadillac - CTS Base - LF- V- 3.0L - GAS BODY HARDWARE / ROOF / SUNROOF / Sunroof frame - Sunroof frame SEDAN, MSRP Core Online Price $$$ Part number was not found

Renewed Faith that Good Ole Fashioned Customer Service Still Lives! I've recently experienced a very stressful three weeks with a Kia Sorrento taken in for service due to, what's now determined to be engine problems I must say that I, initially, cringed at the thought of having to take it to the dealership fearing that they'd take me for whatever they could get Instead, I've been pleasantly and refeshingly surprized that everyone that I've dealt with there has treated me like I think they'd want themselves or their family members treated; with down to earth honesty, irregardless of whether they made any money I can't say how much that means to me as a woman who knows nothing about car repairs From the Service Advisor to the young gentleman who made sure that I didn't leave without an answer, to the Service Director, Service Manager and Customer Service Officer; each were immediately responsive in addressing my issues and that just speaks volumes in being attentive to customer needs and customer circumstances Although I'm carless, can't afford to get one right now and have no idea how I'll travel over the next few month's; it's somehow been made a bit easier having been treated with respect and consideration Keep up the great work!!!!!
