Online I signed my lease on February 16, and it had my signature on there stating that my lease will be renewed for May 1, for the amount of I have my checking account set for automatic withdrawal that Palm Court apartment to withdraw my monthly rentOn May 16, I received a letter from *** utility services stating that Palm Court apartments (*** *** ***) is now going under them for utilities and that my utilities will be $more that will make my rent to be $I called *** utility services and I spoke to a gentleman named *** on May 16, around 7:PM and asked him why is my rent going up because already signed a legal contract locking me in at $845.58? He stated that the mistake has to be corrected with my apartment complex Palm Court apartment because the way that it is looking is that I just moved there this yearI made it very clear that I have been living at Palm Court, Apartments since May 1, He stated that by looking at my file he can see that I have been living there since May but I will have to get it contact with Palm Court So on May 17, around 10:AM I went into Palm Court office and I spoke to *** ***She is the assistant manager for *** *** *** for Palm Court apartmentI brought in my contract to show her what my rent is supposed to be which is $She stated yes that is correct that my rent should not go up I have been locked in for $and that this will need to be correctedShe said that the manager named *** is the one that will have to take care of this when she gets into the office on that MondayI told *** that I wanted to email sent to me with this correction so I can have the paper trail showing that it was correctedShe said once *** the manager takes care of it then I will be able to receive an email alsoDays went by and then the manager *** called me on May 22, around 9:AM about something totally different than what my issue was about so I had to ask her about the update on getting this correctedShe said that she was going to have to contact *** utilities and have them take me off the list so that can be correctedI asked her I want an email also regarding this once this is correctedShe told me that once is corrected she can send me an emailThen on June 1, I received an email from Palm Court giving me a notification that I was going to have my automatic withdrawal for my rent payment to be taken out on June 2, and the amount of $So on June 1, I went into Palm Court rental office again and this time I spoke to a gentleman named *** this was around 10:AMI asked him what is the problem that this cannot and have not been corrected yet because I do not want that amount deducted from my checking account because that is not my rentHe said that yes it is a mistake and that he does not have access to that system that only the manager *** has access and she will be in the office on Monday, June 2, at 9:AMSo one June 2, 2014, I called Palm Court apartments and I spoke to the gentleman *** againI asked to speak to the manager *** so I can get this taken care ofHe stated that the manager *** is unavailable at the time that she was in a meeting and she would give me a call backI told him to have her give me a call once she is finished so I can speak to her about this issue that is still going onI never received a call from her, *** at all! So once I got off work I called Palm Court apartment at 5:PM before they closed at 6:PM to speak to herNo one picked up the phone I got the voicemailSo I had to leave a message asking her once again to give me a call regarding this matterOnce I got home I checked my checking account and the incorrect amount has been paid to Palm Court, Apartments for $I want this corrected and I want my difference back ASAP! I signed my lease in a timely manner to renew my lease with Palm Court apartmentI did what I was supposed to do and this company is definitely not doing what they're supposed to do and they are not following up with me at all regarding this! I wouldn't never ever refer anybody to live here if this is how they treat their tenants! Even though the amount it's not a big difference it's the principle behind it! If I did what I was supposed to do they need to do what they're supposed to do and take care of this!

On May 16, 2014 I received a letter from [redacted] utility services stating that Palm Court apartments ([redacted]) is now going under them for utilities and that my utilities will be $12.30 more that will make my rent to be $857.88. I called [redacted] utility services and I spoke to a gentleman named [redacted] on May 16, 2014 around 7:00 PM and asked him why is my rent going up because already signed a legal contract locking me in at $845.58? He stated that the mistake has to be corrected with my apartment complex Palm Court apartment because the way that it is looking is that I just moved there this year. I made it very clear that I have been living at Palm Court, Apartments since May 1, 2010. Once I got home I checked my checking account and the incorrect amount has been paid to Palm Court, Apartments for $857.88. I want this corrected and I want my difference back ASAP! I signed my lease in a timely manner to renew my lease with Palm Court apartment. I did what I was supposed to do and this company is definitely not doing what they're supposed to do and they are not following up with me at all regarding this!
