Palm Desert Puppies

I have several issues with the businesses reply here
1-We have discussed the breeder issue several timesThe business has been unable to get in touch with this breeder, and cannot provide me with ANY valid contact information for this breeder
2- I exchanged no money with this breeder, so any breeder issues are between Palm Desert Puppies and the breederI purchased this puppy from Palm Desert Puppies, which is where I am asking for my refund from
3-Why would a $refund be sufficient, when I paid $1,500?
- Love for the dog has NOTHING to do with this matterThe point is, I paid for a Malti-Poo that is hypoallergenic, and doesnt shedThis is NOT what I receivedThis is why I am asking for my money backThis dog is most likely a 10+ year commitment, and now I have a non-hypoallergenic and shedding dogNOT what I paid for!
***My next step is taking this to small claims court, which judging by these replies from the business (which do not directly address the issue at hand), this is going to be the route I will have to takeIts a shame they are failing to true up this bad business dealIts 100% what I would do if the tables were turned

I bought a puppy from Palm Desert Puppies for $1,and after a Vet brought to my attention that she believed the puppy was not the breed that I was told (Malti-Poo), I had the dog DNA testedIt turns out the dog is not a Malti-Poo as the store advertised, and the dog actually has Chihuaha in itI have gone back and forth with the owners of Palm Desert Puppies on this issue for months and their response has been absolutely spotty and inconsistentFinally today, they told me that they would only offer me a $refund, and that a full refund is "off the table." I paid $for a specific breed of dog, and did not receive what I purchased, and I am requesting a full refundI can gladly provide multiple supporting documents on this, and further explanation if need bePlease feel free to reach out to me anytime

Customer had purchased puppy well over a year at before he contacted usTried to work with customerBut no luckHad we know of a issue early on we would of been able to work with himHard to work with customermonths later is a little long to deal with a issueWe stand behind our

With out being notified in a timing matter ... The Breeder is not willing to do anything now
We have calls from the buyer after a few days not happy with the puppy for what ever reason.... Nothing was said about not being what he bought , plus he loves the puppy
We are willing to help him since the breeder will not ... With a $300 refund
