To Whom this may concern, We understand the position of *** and that she was not satisfied with the service, we offered to send another crew back to do the job, but the she rejected that offerAll she paid for has been returned, one part from Groupon even though, if you reed the conditions of the coupon you will see that is not valid for move out/in cleaning and also the $tip was returned, a check was mailed last week and *** was informed of that by email right away.Please contact me to see what will be next step and close this case.Thanks!***

Dear Revdex.com,The problem with *** *** was solved from our end before she presented the complaint with you, we replied at the time indicating that we had made a mistake and we would reimburse her accordingly and gave her a free cleaning serivice due to the inconveniences in top of the refund
However, she opted to put the complaint with you even though we had already done the refund transaction, we were trying to communicate with her but ignore our calls and messages.See attached documentation of refund giving. Regards,

Customer called the business on 10/14/regarding some car partsHe requested a list of items, then came and pre-paid $for items (trunk lid and driver side door)*** also requested two more items (exhaust and driver side skirt) and agreed that he would pay the remaining balance of $
once all the items were delivered to his residence in Kensington, CAUpon delivering the items on 10/17/2015, *** *** had only $and was unable to pay the remaining $owed for the other itemsThe two items that were pre-paid (driver door and trunk lid) were left with the customer but the other two items were notThe following Monday (10/19/2015) the customer called and demanded that he receive additional items and became verbally abusive*** threatened to "Come down and work things out personally"*A copy of the invoice was sent to the the following email:***

Hi ***,I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the services provided, nevertheless, you bought a coupon for hours of regular cleaning and when the crew arrived they let us know that they needed extra time complete the service, they spoke with your boyfriend as well and he asked them to do
just a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning which is what your house needed, he asked them to do the best they could in the time they had, no extras.The crew was at your house for a bit over hours (man hours with a crew of 2, makes hours each lady).We do not not? practice? fraudulent? jobs and have many customer that are 100% satisfied with our service, unfortunately they crew neglected to complete the whole house and left without letting us know that there were some parts not doneFor that reason, *** offered you to come back to the whole job with a different crew and you rejected the offer.As for your $tip, no worries, we will get them back to you as soon as possible, I will mail it to the address we have on file for you.Thanks,*** ***Operations Manager***Phone:? *** ***

The apartment was a bedroom apartment that was emptyDeep cleaning is not what was needed a regular cleaning would have been completely adequate assuming it was completedI have attached photos of areas of the apartment that show it was clearly not vacuumed, floors were not mopped, nothing was dusted or even wiped downIt is clear the cleaners took the cash and leftThey also did not speak to my boyfriend more than saying hi and him opening the apartment for themSo this story was completely fabricated.?
