Dear Revdex.com,The problem with [redacted] was solved from our end before she presented the complaint with you, we replied at the time indicating that we had made a mistake and we would reimburse her accordingly and gave her a free cleaning serivice due to the inconveniences in top of the refund However, she opted to put the complaint with you even though we had already done the refund transaction, we were trying to communicate with her but ignore our calls and messages.See attached documentation of refund giving.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The apartment was a bedroom apartment that was emptyDeep cleaning is not what was needed a regular cleaning would have been completely adequate assuming it was completedI have attached photos of areas of the apartment that show it was clearly not vacuumed, floors were not mopped, nothing was dusted or even wiped downIt is clear the cleaners took the cash and leftThey also did not speak to my boyfriend more than saying hi and him opening the apartment for themSo this story was completely fabricated. Hi [redacted] ,I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the services provided, nevertheless, you bought a coupon for hours of regular cleaning and when the crew arrived they let us know that they needed extra time complete the service, they spoke with your boyfriend as well and he asked them to do just a regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning which is what your house needed, he asked them to do the best they could in the time they had, no extras.The crew was at your house for a bit over hours (man hours with a crew of 2, makes hours each lady).We do not not? practice? fraudulent? jobs and have many customer that are 100% satisfied with our service, unfortunately they crew neglected to complete the whole house and left without letting us know that there were some parts not doneFor that reason, [redacted] offered you to come back to the whole job with a different crew and you rejected the offer.As for your $tip, no worries, we will get them back to you as soon as possible, I will mail it to the address we have on file for you.Thanks, [redacted] ***Operations Manager [redacted] Phone:? We have filled a complaint against this company last yearI was able to send pictures of the repairs that needed to be taken care of
Palm Harbor had a repairman come out and fix the problemBut the repairs did not lastWe contacted the salesman Norm R*** in Redmond OregonHe emailed Mike G*** to make him aware of the issues we are havingMrG*** is the supervisor for the crews that repairs the homesHe was emailed on July , from Norm R***So far we have not heard from anyone from Palm HarborThis situation has been going on for over a year and we still don't have any satisfactionWe have submitted pictures of the damage, sent documentation to them that theyhave requestedI hope we can get this resolvedI don't have the complaint number that was filed last time with youThe complaint was under my wifes name, *** ***Please letme know what you needThank you, *** *** To either have a crew come down and finish the job correctly, or give us the funds to correct it ourselves

This company has not tried to contact me They did not call me to confirm my 9/11/appointment and they haven't called me since then I don't think it is my responsibility to track them down I have phone records from my cell phone that indicate they have left no messages and they furthermore have not tried contacting me by email either Their customer service to me is very below par
