Review: My wife and I just purchased a book titled [redacted] for our granddaughter and there is an instruction to go to www.palmkids.com to download the included E-book and when we pull up the site there's nothing there. We tried numerous times but nothing. This purchase included this product and is not available. Please help us resolve this issue.
