I would not recommend this body shop to anyone due to the personal experience I had after taking my vehicle there through an insurance claimWhen I brought my vehicle in I already had the estimate printed out by the insurance adjuster so I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, and exactly what needed to be fixedI knew that my vehicle needed to have body work, and mechanical work done and I requested it be taken to a specific dealer for the mechanical workI was lead to believe that my vehicle would be taken to this particular dealership, (that I specifically requested it be taken to) for the mechanical work before I dropped it off for repairsI dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, and did not hear one thing about my car until I called them on Friday morning to get an update, and that is when they informed me they were not taking it to the dealership as I had requested, rather taking it somewhere of their choiceI know that I have the right to have my vehicle repaired wherever I choose to have it repaired, and I made it crystal clear to this body shop from the beginning where I wanted my vehicle's mechanical work performed at, and the individual became very passive aggressive with me on the phone until I made it very clear once again where I wanted them to take my car to be fixedThey finally agreed to take my car to the place I had chosen, but by the time they got it there late afternoon on that Friday, it was too late for the dealership to find the appropriate part so they had to order the partCentral Collision Repair paid for the part, and called me and told me my vehicle was doneWhen I went to pick up my vehicle they informed me the dealership had ordered the part, and I would have to take it back up there myself days later to get the part installedSo technically my car was not done, but yet I still had to pay for the full repair that day?!?!?!?! And on top of that my check engine light came back on days later because they attempted to fix one of the mechanical issues themselves (when I specifically requested them take it to the dealership for all mechanical issues), and they were unable to repair the issue completelySo I had already paid them in full the entire check I received from my insurance company, and my vehicle was still not repaired completelyI ended up taking it back to the dealership to get the part installed that was ordered, and they went ahead and completed the repairs for meI also had to file a claim with the insurance company because they claimed they performed everything listed on the estimate, but later admitted they did not replace the gas tank cap (even though it was on my estimate to replace it for $18.) Absolutely unprofessional services, and I will never work with this business ever again
I recently had Central Collusion do a repair and the decal pin stripe that was replaced fell off soon after the repair They rescheduled many times between two different people who obviously did not talk to each other It was cold, so they said I needed to bring it in hours before to do the work So what if is cold, it's Ohio and you should be prepared for the weather I am fine with that, but they were depending on a sub contractor to come in to do the pin stripe To make a long story short, it took many weeks before they could complete the work and I wonder if it will even last this second time around I will not be going back there again and will take any collusion repairs back to *** who has done far better work
Extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Central Collision Repair. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with the Ins. Co. They are honest and will tell you like it is. They took the stress out of the whole ugly experience and now my car looks good and is drivable again. I would definately recommend this company to others.
