In August of I went with my son to move him into his apartment in Palm Shadows I was a co-signer of his lease His lease was from August through July 2016, during which time he paid his rent and utilities each month for the entire lease He moved out of Palm Shadows, and moved into a different apartment in August of
He received a letter from a collection agency in March of stating he owed $1, Palm Shadows had all of his, as well as my own contact information including telephone numbers and mailing address, yet we had never received any bills or communication of any kind from Palm Shadows before this I also received a letter from the collection agency dated March 31, 2017, nearly mosafter the end of his rental contract with Palm Shadows
