We are in receipt of your letter dated October 19, Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clarify the situation with Harvest Health FoodsThis complaint is very disconcerting and upsetting to us and we appreciate the chance to explainThe Harvest Health account has been with our company for over six (6) years without any problems with our servicesMr [redacted] recently purchased Harvest HealthSome of the equipment at Harvest Health is old and needed replacementWe are not aware whether the previous owner informed him of the need for constant repairs and/or replacement of the equipmentWe did explained to Mr [redacted] on numerous occasions the issues and he decided not to upgrade the equipmentWe attempted to convey to him the problems of servicing old equipment and the need for frequent repairsAlso, we spoke with him before doing the repairs and had his approval; please note that each invoice has been signedAnd, this includes the one he is questioning; which was signed by himI recently had a telephone conversation with Mr [redacted] and attempted to talk to him about the equipment, the invoices and the repairsHe became upset and angry, and then hung up on meWe have been in business for more than years with very few customer complaints, and we were extremely surprised by this issueWe appreciate your consideration of our explanation of the issuesThank youSincerely, [redacted] M [redacted] , President

Palm Springs Air claims in their advertising that they never complete repairs with out an upfront estimate (among other claims including customer satisfaction guaranteed) on 9/21/the repairman did not give us an up front estimateHe handed me a bill when he left for 419.05$ I asked what he repaired and if he needed a check, he said no don't pay in case it does not work, he would be back to see if the repairs he made would workThe next day the cooler he did the repairs on failed completely He showed up a few days later and said " its broken and I cant fix it" I wish I new someone who had a used coolerAbout a week later I got an estimate to replace more parts and move the condenser
