I am rejecting this response because: There were two orders one in February purchased using cash by me and a second order from my partner at the time Her name is [redacted] When [redacted] finally provided last numbers of the credit card over a month later we can clearly determine that it was someone else is credit card Attached you will find the card that belongs to [redacted] Please do not post the snapshot cause it has [redacted] 's phone number which is considered PII

***, I have been trying to work with you on this situationI understand that you are frustrated, but I can assure you that I am doing everything within my power to assist youIt is very clear that there was either major confusion, or some deception on your part regarding the original
method of paymentAlthough you state that you now remember paying in cash, we have the transaction history showing that the original payment was made by a credit card with the last four digits x(see image at bottom)Federal Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards prohibit me from providing further details about this transaction without explicit authorization from the card holder *** Palm Tree Hydroponics's return policy states that no refunds will be provided for special orders, which this wasAdditionally, if authorized, returns will be processed to the original method of paymentFurthermore, I would like to refer you to California Lightworks's refund policy which states: "90-Day Money Back Guarantee on All Purchases: All our products come with a 90-Day Money Back GuaranteeIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your results within days of receiving your product, you can return your lights for a 100% refund of the price you paid less the original shipping cost. All we require a brief explanation in writing for the reason you’re not satisfied via email or USPS mail The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within hours of receiving the returned merchandiseReturn merchandise must be in as-new condition, in original packaging, with the appropriate power cord and hanging hardware.
