I Zack P [redacted] owner of Palmer Auto Sales have been in business almost years and never had a complaint against my business with Motor Vehicle, Revdex.com or Attorney General’s officeI strive to do the best I can and meet all customer’s needs I have dealt with [redacted] and her boyfriend [redacted] myselfI have gone above and beyond to satisfy them but I just don’t think it is possibleTheir biggest complaint they have with the vehicles shutting off was a result of them installing speakers and an amp in the rear of the truck running power cable to the battery improperly in turn caused issued with the truck starting and staying running because they damaged the battery which also caused the check engine light to come on I told them go right to advance auto and I will pay for a battery and have them install itAt the time I had the New York state inspection done on 1/4/the emergency brake was working properly on Saturday evening 2/they text message me saying it didn’t workEven though they had day mile warrantydays later and miles later I informed them to bring it in Monday morning and I will fix it no charge to them and which I did Since then they have been happySo happy they wanted to come back and buy another car from P [redacted] Auto Sales (proof attached) and even informed me several times they canceled the complaintWhich they never did, only the Revdex.com complaintI was trying to get them approved but needed Josh to complete the loan application to cosign for [redacted] which he never completed I couldn’t get them approvedNow the threats have started again about them going to AG office, Revdex.com, and DMV I attached a list of all the parts I have replaced on the vehicleThis is now Days later and well over milesNot sure how they put miles on a car in days that has all these problemsIm not willing to help no furtherI have done more than enough for these customers and im done dealing with their threats everydayPARTS REPLACED prior to picking up and after: - new tires - Complete timing chain kit, guides and tensioners - Valve cover Gaskets - spark plugs - ignition coils - New radiator - New Battery - Brake Lines - Brake Pads/Rotors Front - Brake Pads/Rotors Rear - sensor - Replaced Drive shaft - New Transmission Lines - Repaired battery Terminals - free oil changes

I would never jeopardize the safety of someone or their familyShutting off problem was not caused by the vehicle itself, caused by the customerThe vehicle has not shut off since we unhooked their aftermarket amp and speakers that they had going to the batteryWhich also ruined the battery at the time, that I replaced at no cost to themI have fixed all their issuesI did not have to give any warranty at the time of purchase because the vehicle had 153,524k miles on it but I still offered day or mile warrantyThey are now over miles since purchasing the vehicle months later at some point the customer needs to take responsibility99% of customers would be appreciative and thankful for the amount of work that I did to this vehicle for them

Consumer provided additional info: I hit submit on my complaint before I finished typing it I was trying to let you know that it would go on the garage every week for almost the week for the past month 6codes came up I told him about it and he refused to fix them until after an argument and he’s been very rude about it my 4kids get in that truck and it’s sad that I got to argue with someone to fix it I have all the txts and I have pics of the codes and as of now he’s harassing me and basically a statement that I’m taking as a threat for making a complaint with the Revdex.comMy whole 1st month of having it it was in garage

To add to my complaint the truck is still not getting fixed or is fine for a couple days and then Starts back up and now they’re still refusing to fix it because they got turned in to Revdex.com and the attorney generals and the owner Zach constantly calls and txts begging to have it stoppedMy kids get in the car and of course the emergency break not working isn’t okayJiffy line said it should have never passed inspection with the emergency break the way it is3/30/18: Also [redacted] same issues that were supposedly fixed are still going on with the truck

also does it say how 3 days later the check engine light came on? I have a copy of a written statement that the emergency break would not stop working in the beginning of February not to mention the truck was in the garage every week sometimes for full week almost the whole month of January. It would shut off in the middle of the highway or still does and there’s 4kids that get in that car. His friend that does the work told my husband he’s do a year warranty which was why the complaints were dropped the 1st time when there is proof that this complaint was withdrawn. The stereo system is in the truck but isn’t hooked up it has a scheduled appointment with a professional. I pay this truck monthly I don’t need a vehicle that’s gonna continue stopping in the middle of the highways all the time with kids. I also have screenshots of refusal of fixing the truck until he was told the Revdex.com was getting involved alon with the attorney general. Does me zack say anything about contacting my job and my cell phone numbers of times which I have a coworker willing to write up a Statement because she answered begging for complaints to be dropped. Also check engine light is back on again right now as we speak for camshaft sensors which was already fixed supposedly and the truck is still failin expeection due to the emergency break and that was 3says after it was fixed. I can get that statement too. I have beyond pics of refusals to fix the truck before warranty ended and then Joey told my husband he’ll do a year. Family gets in that truck and their life’s aren’t replaceable if it continues to shut off. Not to mention there’s an oil leak that was refused to be fixed because of the complaint which have that in txt too. Yes threats were made so I care no because my kids get in the vehicle age 11 6 4 & 9 months how’s people gonna feel if it continues to die out in the highway and they get injured or loose their life’s?   I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to  complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Regards,  [redacted]

They are now over 5000 miles since purchasing the vehicle 3 months later at some point the customer needs to take responsibility. 99% of customers would be appreciative and thankful for the amount of work that I did to this vehicle for them.

So happy they wanted to come back and buy another car from P[redacted] Auto Sales (proof attached) and even informed me several times they canceled the complaint. Which they never did, only the Revdex.com complaint. I was trying to get them approved but needed Josh to complete the loan application to cosign for [redacted] which he never completed I couldn’t get them approved. This is now 80 Days later and well over 5000 miles. Not sure how they put 5000 miles on a car in 85 days that has all these problems. Im not willing to help no further. I have done more than enough for these customers and im done dealing with their threats everyday. PARTS REPLACED prior to picking up and after: - 4 new tires  - Complete timing chain kit, guides and tensioners  - Valve cover Gaskets - 8 spark plugs  - 3 ignition coils  - New radiator  - New Battery - Brake Lines - Brake Pads/Rotors Front  - Brake Pads/Rotors Rear   - 02 sensor  - Replaced Drive shaft  - New Transmission Lines  - Repaired battery Terminals  - 2 free oil changes
