Mr *** ***, of the Palmer River Development LLC, was in charge of building a home in a lot across from ours He had been informed about a well and water line to our home that was on the property he was developing In fact, the dispute about the water line and use of the common driveway had gone to the MA Court of Appeals Further, the *** *** company had detected the presence of the water line and indicated this by spraying blue(for water) paint on the groundOn or about August 15, 2016, Mr ***'s back hoe operator then proceeded to cut our water line in the precise location we had repeatedly told them the line existed This transection of the water line was repaired by Mr ***'s minions, but the disruption caused dirt, silt and air to enter our water line and resulted in multiple problems to our service This included clogging of pipes, pumps, filters, ion exchange resins, sprinkler systems,requiring the purging the pipes of air, and at one time shut down our
