[redacted] brought his 2004 [redacted] in for an alignment January 14, 2014.  His vehicle needed both tie rod ends.  [redacted] asked if he could get his own tie rod ends,  change them himself and return for us  parts to complete the alignment.  [redacted] was going to supply a tool to...

adjust his camber.  We had over an hour into his vehicle with diagnostics and 3/4 of the alignment completed.  [redacted] seemed happy when he left.  He did not return for us to complete the job,  however about a week later [redacted] came back and wanted his money back.  [redacted] was told we would credit the alignment and bill him $60.50 since we had diagnosed the problem, did 3/4 of the alignment and he was going to get his own parts & tool and bring them back for us to finish the alignment.  [redacted] claimed I didn't return calls, however [redacted] had told [redacted], I was out of the office and I would be away until the beginning of February.  I called [redacted] the first opportunity I had, while I was three time zones away,  to let him know that I would review his file as soon as I was back in Portland.  I met with [redacted] today and did a refund for him to try to make [redacted] happy.Sincerely,[redacted]5th GenerationPalmer Spring Company
