September 28, 2016Good afternoon,In response to a complaint filed by a recent applicant, I have provided documentation that both applicants received and signed which clearly states that the $holding fee was non-refundable if the application is cancelledThe documents attached are the policies which the two applicants digitally initialed and signed at the completion of the application on 8/31/have crossed out any personal information per the Revdex.com's requestDue to the small print in the application, I have attached better copies of the actual paperwork to be seen more clearly, and have marked the paragraphs containing the informationThe applicant also stated that in less than hours she was contacted by the leasing agent that the application would be cancelled due to lack of proof of incomeWe gave the applicant one week from the time the application was completed to provide us with the required income proof, and I have included an email showing thatPlease also see the Resident Selection Criteria policy that the applicants both signed, under Qualifying Standards, stating that all applicants must provide verifiable proof of income to process the application.I sincerely express apologies to both applicants if they may have misunderstood the information contained in the policies.Regards,Jody WProperty Manager

Due to the small print in the application, I have attached better copies of the actual paperwork to be seen more clearly, and have marked the paragraphs containing the information. The applicant also stated that in less than 24 hours she was contacted by the leasing agent that the application would be cancelled due to lack of proof of income. We gave the applicant one week from the time the application was completed to provide us with the required income proof, and I have included an email showing that.
