learned the flappers the plumber installed began to leave leak after only a few months so the customer replaced them with our Korky Plus flapper.  This flapper is a better choice for the customer’s toilet and water conditions in his area.  The customer is also very pleased that we will be providing him with a monetary refund of the amount he inquired about ($11.56). Thank you for your time and please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
