I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I feel it is however unacceptable to not be able to contact the company via the phone number listed on the website.  I have also not received responses via email.  3rd parties should not have to get involved to ensure proper results..

All our packages are packed with the utmost care.  We added the plastic wrapping for added support to ensure that the ammunition boxes do not get torn in transit.
This order will be refunded to the customer asap.

Mr [redacted] placed an order for ammunition being shipped to MA.  As per our terms and conditions, we cannot ship ammunition to MA and we clearly state that it is the customers responsibility to check our terms and conditions for restrictions.  If the customer places an order for an...

restricted state then we have the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.  In this case we have already waived the restocking fee.  The customer was refunded the full purchase price.

As per our terms and conditions, all orders are final and cannot be modified.  The order has been cancelled and the funds have been refunded back to the customer's account.
