*** and the receptionist who answered was not clear about which car had been towedThe customer was given the wrong information about the number of days of storageWe called *** to confirm which carWhen the customer came in he was made aware of the errorHe asked for proof of the date that the car was towed and was shown a copy of the drivers ticket dated 4-2-He did not understand why he was being charged for days of storage when the car was stored from 4-2-until 4-9-He asked if we could give him a deal on the bill and the Owner agreed to drop $off the billWe provided proof for the date the car was picked up as well as proof of storage feesAt no time was anything in the trash. We pride ourselves on honesty and fair pricingStorage rates are not set by us but by the SC Highway PatrolThe customer was clearly upset that he had to pay for his car being towed and we are sorry for any misunderstanding about the storage but he clearly needed to make arrangements with *** and failed to do so.
