Hello this is *** with rheating and air responding to a complaint from *** *** we have been out there to fix a leak on the refrigerant lines and replacing a board cuz the indoor fan motor wasn't working if there's anything else that we need to do on this complaints please give us a call but at this time everything is working perfectly

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, at least for the time being. MY ACCEPTANCE IS CONDITIONAL. I've had to call this company out 6 times now for major problems, and the unit is only two years old. If I have to call them a 7th time, I am going to insist upon a replacement unit. 6 times in two years is just too much FOR A BRAND NEW UNIT.
