I'm not an auto expertAnd why are you leaving out the part where *** reached out several times to you to try and get you to explain the wear on the tires? They fixed your mistake and you still can't own up to anything! I am not satisfied with your response because it a bunch of lies

To Whom It May Concern;[redacted] has been to Team Nutz LLC in Fox Chapel for two separate transactions.The transactions took place as follows:Invoice [redacted] - November 28, 2014[redacted]t purchased 4 New Nitto Trail Grappler MT Tires for his 2008 Dodge Durango. Team Nutz handled Mounting and Balancing...

of the tires through a preferred vendor of Team Nutz. [redacted] also purchased a Ready Lift Leveling Kit. Total invoice including tax came to $1677.76. Installation was completed without issue and [redacted] picked up the car without issue.In May of 2015 [redacted] called and stopped by Team Nutz in Fox Chapel with concerns. [redacted] expressed the 2 concerns.1. [redacted] Tire informed him that Team Nutz did not install the Ready Lift Leveling Kit on his truck. Tom C[redacted] and Ed N[redacted] both crawled under the vehicle with [redacted] to show him where the parts were installed. The parts were easily visible to [redacted]. The parts were a lot newer and cleaner then the rest of the suspension underneath the vehicle. [redacted] agreed this was an incorrect statement made by [redacted] and was satisfied with Team Nutz,2. [redacted] expressed concerns that his tires were wearing unevenly in the front of the truck. This is a common sign that the vehicle is not in alignment. Team Nutz does not own an alignment machine. Team Nutz recommended that [redacted] to have his vehicle aligned by a company who could assist. In May of 2015, [redacted] showed Ed and Tom an invoice from [redacted] tire that showed he paid for an alignment on his vehicle in December of 2014. Team Nutz cannot verify if [redacted] completed an alignment on [redacted] vehicle. Team Nutz does not have an alignment machine. The vehicle was visibly out of alignment. Team Nutz contacted a local garage to get a third opinion on the condition of the vehicle. The local garage confirmed though pictures and the description of the problem by [redacted] on the phone that the alignment was currently not correct [redacted] also asked the garage if its possible for alignments to change and the localgarage confirmed it is possible. Team Nutz suggested [redacted] that he should rotate his tires and have an alignment completed again. Only 2 tires were worn uneven by not have a proper alignment. Team Nutz also suggested to [redacted] to have his tires rotated on a regular bases to help wear the tires evenly. [redacted] agreed and was satisfied with the conversation he had with both Ed and Tom. [redacted] left Team Nutz and was never heard from again since this date.Result:Team Nutz contacted [redacted] per [redacted]'s request regarding his tires, [redacted] was not sure if an alignment was completed on [redacted]'s car or not [redacted] also was not sure if a leveling kit was installed on [redacted]'s vehicle without seeing the vehicle. The conversation with Team Nutz and [redacted] did not go anywhere.[redacted] was shown that the leveling kit he purchased was installed and working properly on his vehicle. [redacted] was lead to believe by an [redacted] Technician that this was not the case. [redacted] was satisfied with his findings with both Ed and Tom.[redacted] left Team Nutz with understanding that he damaged his tires by not having a proper alignment. Neglect of not having a proper alignment caused his two front tires to wear uneven. Team Nutz recommended [redacted] to get an alignment at the time of purchase. [redacted] followed Team Nutz recommendation by having an alignment completed by [redacted] Tire. The alignment failed for unknown reasons. [redacted] has purchased 2 new tires for [redacted], which demonstrates that [redacted] took responsibility for their possible mistake.Team Nutz needs no further action at this point.Invoice # 19222 February 5, 2015[redacted] ordered a Sony Radio to be installed in his vehicle. At the time of the purchase it became aware that the Sony radio was not available, but could be substituted for a Kenwood Model of higher value at the same price as the Sony. The Kenwood Radio was ordered with vehicle specific parts. Installation was completed on February 12th. After several days [redacted] expressed his dislike to the Kenwood radio due to manufacture functionality reasons he did not like. These are features of the radio that cannot be changed. Team Nutz offered to remove the Kenwood radio and install the Sony radio he originally ordered with no expense to [redacted]. The Sony radio became available and was ordered immediately. [redacted] was schedule in to have the radio swapped out and left satisfied. At no time has [redacted] expressed dissatisfaction of the Sony radio when he was in our office in May of 2015. [redacted] has not expressed any issues on the Sony radio since.At this time Team Nutz has no further action to complete.
