First of all pge has power outage from 4.p.m tp 12.25.that was not our fault.motel was sold out they should go to other place.we do not have bugs in my propertywe rent that room every day.next day we rent room no complain.power was on by 12.25.a.m.they should check out same time if they find problem but after staying all night I can't give them refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is completely fabricatedThe reservation was booked by myself, with my card, and I have proof from my bankWhen I showed up the office was open, with the open sign ON and I was verbally harassed by the woman at the front desk after I questioned why she gave away our roomWe had been driving that night and we tired and in no way drunkThis is a completely fabricated storyI was with my girlfriend, not my motherMy mother was in no way apart of this transaction and this is completely false Attached are two photos- one is of the piece of paper that was thrown at us the following morning when we asked for written proof of the policy that they have the right to give away our roomThe piece of paper shown has my reservation on it with the words "No Show", which is not trueWe were there and our room was given away and then we were charged for itThe second is a photo of my bank statementProof that the reservation was under my name and my card was givenThe charge was pending and then went through on 10/30, even after I called to contest and ask for a refundI want a refund for $ Sincerely, [redacted]

customer reserve room with special discounted rate room.when they made reservation it said on web page valid credit card required to hold room
we charge credit card by 5.p.m all guests her credit card denied we try to call left message.we do not take cash payments on non smoking room.people smoke
in non smoking room so need credit card
she came to front desk p.mfront desk person told her your credit card denied so we cancelled reservation now if u wants its going to todays rateshe said I have only cash we have certain policy we need to follow
when we r buzy all customer card charged by p any credit card denied we cancelledif she has no money she should call and give valid credit card
we r sorry but our policy say need valid credit card to hold roomshe raise her voice in lobby other customers were waiting in lobby to check inn
she was not ready to pay deposite .she has no money on card so we did not charge her any amount
she leftshe said she is going to put bad review.we have every day any customer card denied we cancelled reservation

customer call same day to cancell reservation. front desk person say third party reservation cancellatio time is 48 hours advance.she did not come to office or at property. just call and cancelled. try to do charge back from credit card company. they refused too.soory we have to stick with...

[redacted] Reserved online with 3rd party credit card not her credit card.during check Inn time she was drunk and misbehaving with front desk staff. Front desk staff asked guest credit card and Id . She only provided her ID not credit card and said that its booked by her mother and its mother...

credit card. so front desk staff asked [redacted] card or cash for stay . But she was arguing and refusing to pay cash or her credit card. So duty staff refused to give her room then guest left saying will charge back through bank.And she will put bad review and Revdex.com complaint.    As per motel policy we don"t take any 3rd party credit card in absence of credit card holder.[redacted] refused to give her credit card or cash ,so we didn't gave her Room for stay.And 2nd thing she didn't cancel on line so its as "NO SHOW " charged penalty full amount of reservation.We never misbehaved or argue .
