We chose this company because we wanted the best of the best It hasn't even been two years and our foundation is cracking causing our tile to crack as well There are cracks along windows and walls that are due to the foundation settling and the stucco on the outside is also crackingOverall we expected much more for what we are paying and to make matters worse, the company is telling us we caused some of these issues TerribleHow would they feel if their family lived in this home? I bought a house around September from them it was all good until around January the ceiling walls tile started to crackDoors don't close where it shows they are falling they are so tiltedNails are popping out of placeI called them they answered quickly palo verde warranty homes they sended *** and a costruction crew they checked out the house and his solution was to adjust the doors to put some nails here and there to put tape and cocking at the time I gave them the chance so I agreed they sended a man a week or two later like accorded by then the holes were a lot bigger so I showed the man the house and after he tried to put some long nails and they dint even touch the skeleton of the house the man called *** and he told him that the holes were a lot bigger to fix just with what he had said and *** said no n
I purchased my house from Palo Verde Homes in September of 2009. Six years later my house is doing great. It still looks brand new. Palo Verde uses top of the line material for their homes and the quality and craftsmanship really shows through-out the building process. The owner is an honest and trustworthy individual who will do what it takes to make his customers satisfied. This is my first house and if I were to ever by another house, I would definitely buy from this company again. Palo Verde is definitely highly recommended.
First home joys, turn into first home woes. Nice homes that is why we chose this builder, but quality of work was a huge disappointment. Less than two years later, and we have to redo cabinets (due to poor quality of paint) in kitchen and bathroom, and redo tile in shower (due to poor seals and calking, water got behind tile). Pretty big issues to fix in a still pretty new home! I had water issues in two bathrooms, with leaks. Beams are noticeable and not very attractive in two main rooms, but nothing could be done. Other issues were also addressed; some fixed and some fixed only for a short period of time! Overall, we don't believe there was any pride in the building of our home. A quick job! I can't speak on behalf of other PV homeowners, they got good reviews, one reason we chose them, but in the last year and a half we are not happy and would not recommend the builder to someone.
