Review: The billing department and I discussed the charges owed. After discussion it was agreed that they would sent day statement showing a zero balance. This statement was sent to me then a week later another statement was sent showing a reversal of the debt write off, showing a balance of $852. They have billed me three different amounts for this service date, and it has been very confusing. They have also been very rude and deny ever settling these charges with me. Also everytime I call to dispute they tell me that they will look into it and call me back, I never get any calls back and suddenly the account goes into collection.Desired Settlement: I want a billing adjustment in my favor for the amount of $852 for the service date of 7-9-2012. I
