My experience with Palomar Solar was fantastic start to finishThey are truly no pressure, no hype, no BSI reviewed several companies over a two month period to see what they had to offer before making a commitmentThe power production that was quoted by Palomar was significantly higher than all the other companies I talked toOnly Palomar was able to explain itWhat it boils down to is the micro inverterThere are only two ways to get micro inverters; Sunpower with the built in micro inverter or a detachable micro inverterPalomar was the only one with what I wanted and I really liked how easy it was to deal with themI went with LGpanels with the enphase Smicro inverterI would rather have used American made Sunpower, but their micro inverter was built into the panel and I don't trust all-in-one systems based on past experienceFrom the time I committed to purchasing the system to the time I was authorized to turn the system online was three weeks; it would have been two weeks or less except for the delay I had with my roof job I was doing simultaneouslyNot sure if that is or if I’m just the exception but I’m super impressed either wayThe per-panel monitoring is a really cool feature as wellMy system has been online for a little over a week and is operating slightly above quoted power production even with some significant shading from trees I need to take care of that knock out at least two hours of useable sunlight from all and moving shade across of them for half the dayOnce I take care of that, I expect the system will operate well above quoted production, which is well above everyone other than Sunpower Overall, I’m super happy with my decisionNobody reads these after they got solar so you are probably reading this because you are in the market for SolarAs you start researching and talking to different companies, this one will gravitate to one of the top two choices; I would make it your first stopThis is the one I am recommending to my friends Everyone I dealt with at Palomar was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and courteousEverything about the process was seamless to me; it just happenedI doubt they have a bad apple in the bunch, but special thanks to Tracy, Reem, Rebecca, and KyleI am very happy about my decision to use Palomar

The power production that was quoted by Palomar was significantly higher than all the other companies I talked to. Only Palomar was able to explain it. What it boils down to is the micro inverter. There are only two ways to get micro inverters; Sunpower with the built in micro inverter or a detachable micro inverter. Palomar was the only one with what I wanted and I really liked how easy it was to deal with them. I went with 19 LG320 panels with the enphase S280 micro inverter. I would rather have used American made Sunpower, but their micro inverter was built into the panel and I don't trust all-in-one systems based on past experience.
