in July of He was not guaranteed any time frame for the project to be completedThe paint job was finished by January 10, We contacted the customer several times after it was painted to bring the frame to the carHe wanted us to put the body of the car on the frameWe explained to the customer that this would be an additional cost and that we charge $an hourWe also explained to him that we could not put a time frame on how many hours it would take to put the car together because he tore the car apart himselfWe told him to please bring the frame and parts he wanted on his car as soon as we completed the paint jobHe did not bring us the parts and the frame until May of The car sat on a stand in our storage unit for five monthsThen when the customer brought his parts, he wanted it done right awayWe had already scheduled other projects since we had not seen anything from himThen the customer got upset because we couldn't drop the projects we were working on for other customersWe tried to squeeze his in where we could and put the car body back on the frameThere were many hours that was involved in assembling the carHe got in such a hurry that he just wanted to pick the car up on July 10, We were unable to complete the project for himWe allowed him to take the car even though he had not paid us in fullAs far as missing pieces for his car, we never got to completely take everything out of the cargo trailer he dropped off at our store so we don't feel we lost any pieces to his carHe had a windshield and a radiator that we were supposed to install in the car, but he was so impatient that he refused themWe still have them at our shop todayThe customer agreed when he dropped the car off that the paint job would start at $and go up from thereHe added multiple other body work options, like fiberglass repair on front fenders, spoilers, gel coat repair on seams of car, to where the paint job was $12,He complained about not having enough money when we told him the price of the paint jobTo please the customer, we told him he could pay the $for the paint job in addition to the parts and labor for the assembly of the carWe gave him a $discount on the paint jobWe allowed him to take the car because he was so impatient even though he still owed $on the invoiceHe agreed to make payments on the remaining balance over a day periodHe has failed to make any payments.
