A Very Nice Construction Co(***) just completed the 4th project at our home in the Rincon Valleyinterior painting of about sq ft In a few months, we'll call for another estimate for painting Why? Because of the high quality craftmanship of any job he has done for us, the creative problem-solving, and the value of the work This company is not cheap and not fastthat's ok because the end product is great During the latest painting project, he kept the workplace clean and never left a mess at the end of the day So far, he has: replaced our vigas and a wood post, patched leaking windows, added copper sheathing to our garage beams, and paintedall very nice work His estimate is always right on and done in a very professional manner
Because *** *** has done an outstanding job on all previous jobs completed at our home, we once again contracted with him to paint 1/of our house interior
He provided an estimate that was right on target and completed the job on costsThe finished paint job is beautiful as you would expect from his thorough process of cleaning, repairing, and painting *** is not fast and that was great since it allowed us more time to empty out rooms and replace furniture over several days No doubt that we'll ask *** back
A Very Nice Construction Company renovated our bathroom in March. [redacted] did a terrific job. He pays attention to detail and included us in every decision. We find him to be very trustworthy and honest. His attention to detail takes a bit more time than some but it is 100% worth it! He is very conscientious about keeping work area contained and as little impact on living space as possible.
He has also done our kitchen remodel, painted our house and takes care of our roof!
He is our first (and usually only) call when we need something.
It is difficult to find a real craftsman in these modern times. [redacted] is not only a fine craftsman but an honest, straightforward person who does exactly what he says he is going to do. He did a fine job on a patio cover added to the back of our house.
