Professional Account Management LLC, intentionally reported false information to the three Credit reporting agencies. Three photo tickets were placed into collection; however I was never notified of these tickets. The District of Columbia Govt sent the enforcement notices to the wrong address. The evidence of this was on the ticket, I informed Professional Account Management LLC of this and requested that they inform the District of Columbia Govt. They did not. Cant be in default on a debt if unknown of debt and that is not contractual or reoccurring. Additionally, this was not even the address of the registered vehicle.
