The job that was complete at the home was for a cesspool location, the water was not turned on at the home and the husband was told that a certification could not be done with out runing waterI offered to dig up cesspool cover to do an open tank inspection and the husband refusedbotton line
is with out water running in the home there is no way too have a inspection donethe line leaving the house was so filled with rust it needed to be cleaned before using the camera and with no running water water that was impossible!!!
