Pama mgthas a trailer park in Idyllwild, Cathat at best is substandard and at worst on the verge of becoming a ghetto
The management begrudgingly responds to repair issues (months to fix a leaking roof,) if at allThey used unlicensed "subcontractors" ie: anyone wishing to get paid to do maintenance and pest control
They lie about the condition of the units at move in and if something is addressed it's held against the tenant at move out
It took months to fix my leaking roof, never did my carpet get replaced, never did the rollout awning get fixed or replace until I moved out
I was assured by the manager that I'd receive my move in deposit $because I was a good tenant
The deposit refund was denied by the same person, citing thee mentioned repair issues as being my fault AND that I left the place disgustingly filthy
Any complaints generally went unaddressed
I paid my rent on time, adhered to the rental agreement and I feel the contract I had was broken due to the non responsiveness and out right lies by management

I had moved in on 6/17/15 the site manager at the time an Hispanic male of the name of Andre made an appointment to meet up with me by 4:45pm to sign paperwork. Long story short, he never showed up and I had to call his manager and she sent another lady out to deal with me. about an hour after I moved in I realized the place had a roach problem. Which I called management. They assured me that there wasn't a bug problem but they would bring me froggers to lay out. By this time I was $625 dollar in the hole.
The first night I slept with the lights on, the next two days I went out and bought froggers myself due to the fact they didn't show up with foggers till 6/30/15. This place was unlivable so I slept in my car for a few nights. I also asked them if there was any other units that I could move to. Which I was denied. They told me that I had to pay the first month rent than put in my 30 notice if I wanted to move, and that I wouldn't get my full deposit back due to carpet cleaning. Which I'm pretty sure that they did not clean the carpet before I moved in.
Upon trying to move out 7/1/15 I called Andre and scheduled a time to turn in the keys and expressed to him I was alone moving my things and I wasn't off work till 4pm. He said that was fine, come with the $40 bucks and sign paperwork and hand over keys. Come 4:15pm that same day Andre called back to tell me he was to meet with someone at 5pm that day but call him when I was done and he would come. I did just that but the disrespectful outcome was that he was now off the clock, he don't have time and even knowing my situation he told me he could careless and hung up. I called management she had no clue what was going on which surprised me due to the fact its her job to know what's going on at the apartments she manages.
After two hours of waiting and back n fourth and got nowhere. I was upset and left the property.
The next day I showed up on Andre door 7/2/15 and sign everything with $40 bucks to clear my early removal.
This company had all my information to where to send what leftd over deposit to me. Which they didn't. I took them to court on my own dime. Won the judgment of $690 which I'm still waiting on. I've called corporate and their assistants who answer the phones are rude, cuts you off while trying to explain your needs, hanging up on you,etc.
The manager at corporate by the name of Jesse is forever out the office . seral the complaint lady is rude also, had to tell her to shut up and listen before trying to talk. I could go on and on about my experience with pama management . DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and run with it.
This review is to warn the public about this company and to let you all know that there's nothing else in my power I can do legally to get my money the judge granted me. Still will fight this battle . these individuals should not be employed
