For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Dear [redacted] This is a rebuttal to the message from Carl Taylor and Sons to the Revdex.comWe asked Mrs [redacted] to be patient?"at no time did they indicate they were too busyMy original call was made on March 29, A man came over and inspected the drive and said he would send another man over to discuss the issueThis man came over and took picturesHe said he would get back to meThat was the last person I talked to from the companyI placed another call on April 10, I was told someone would get back to meI received no contact from them so called again on April 12, Again I was told someone would get back to meWhen no one contacted meI called again on June 7, Was told the same with no return callA listing of calls placed is attachedThis is their busiest time of the yearIn response, I called in March and the two men came over immediatelyI don't believe March is their busiest time of the yearHad they told me this, I would have been more patientExtra work inside my garageI asked them if they could repair a 2xslab of concrete in the corner of the garage when they first came to my house, and was told it would be no problemI assumed I was paying for thisAlso this has no bearing on the condition of my driveCan't warranty their work indefinitely and the driveway and walk have no issuesI had the driveway done in May, By August of that year they had already repaired a hole in the driveBy March, after a very mild winter with little or no salt used, my driveway was full of holesI would think you would warranty your work for at least a yearThe divots in my drive are made from saltI never salted my drive all winter and the Township only salted several timesI have areas withpivots that are never driven over with a carThe pivots are not 1/8"Most are 1/to 1/inchA driveway eaten away with holes will not be absolutely beautiful, and I don't believe the owner of this company would accept this if it were his own private drivewayThey did come in August, and repaired the wholeI accepted this eye sore and never complainedI never contacted them again till March, when I found the entire drive to be full of pivots.I have enclosed a listing of my phone calls, an email sent to Greg P [redacted] on June 20, 2017, an email sent to Nathan L [redacted] on July, 24, 2017, and to JTaylor on July 8, No reply was received in regards to my emailsI also am enclosing some picturesThe holes you see are all over the entire drive.Thank you for your help in this matter[redacted]

Per our Phone conversation:We asked Ms [redacted] to please be patient.This is the busiest time of year for our business.We did extra work inside of her garage at no cost to her when we originally worked there.We can’t warranty our work indefinitely and the driveway and walk have no true issues.The 1/8” Small divots in her driveway look like the result of Road Salt.The Job looks absolutely beautiful and will not have any structural issues.We stopped out once and fixed an area for her once already and that wasn’t good enough either
