I would not recommend them to anyoneThe technician that originally repair my wall crack was as unprofessional as they getShows up walks through my house with wet dirty boots on without putting anything down to protect my floorsHe was rude the entire timeHe spent more time yelling and swearing on his phone than repairing the wall which is probably why it still leaksWe did get a gift card for our troubles that wouldn't even cover the cost of the floor cleaning
The first sign of water this year and the wall still leaksThey were going to send another tech to do the repair but we couldn't make the appointmentWe called in the morning to let them know we might not be able to make it and if we do we would be lateAfter calling to reschedule I was told it would take weeksHopefully we don't get any rain or my basement will be floodedI would not recommend them at all
Wes C was the service tech that came over to do the yearly inspection He was a bit early (which was great) informative, easy to talk to and tidy

Great Experience over all Mark our Service Rep was great from Start to Finish Feiross our service crew was also great from Start to finish I would recommend Basement Systems Calgary
We had an issue with the corner of our garage pad sinkingThe company sent out the owners daughter in-law to assess the damage and give a quote to repair
After looking at the issue we were told this would be an easy job and we would be completely happy when the work was done
the crew that came to do the work was great however they made no visual improvement as the garage door still has 2" of sun light coming thru half the distance on the floorwe called the company and was quoted some small print in the contract and was told their was nothing they could dowe asked for a small refund as they did come out to attempt the job but did not do as promised and we were told this will not be happening
