Pamper Perfect Mobile Spa

Review: I scheduled and paid for services that I did not receive because the workers never showed. On August 14th, 2013, I scheduled and paid for the Spa Sampler package for 8 people that was supposed to be completed on September 7th. I also made sure to give them the exact suite number more then two weeks in advance so that there would be no confusion. I was completly embarrased to have to explain their no show to my guests. According to the invoice, they were scheduled to arrive at the hotel at 8pm on September 7, 2013. At 8:25pm I called the [redacted] number and left a message. I then called [redacted] owner, several times with no answer. I finally got a hold of [redacted], a worker, on Sept 9th. After discussing the no show with her she agreed to provide me with a full refund and also comp services. She stated, on Sept 11th, that the refund had been initiated and that I should receive my refund back on my VISA card within a few days.On Sept 18th I emailed [redacted] to inform her that I still had not recieved my refund. [redacted] didnt respond to my email. On Oct 2nd I emailed [redacted] again, inquiring about my refund that I still had not received. Still no answer. On Oct 8th I sent [redacted] a third email letting her know that I still have not received my refund. I also called their [redacted] number and left a message about getting my refund.Desired Settlement: On Sept 11th [redacted] offered me a full refund, $59, and a comp Pamper Perfect Spa Sampler party. She stated that it would only take a few days to process my refund. However, almost a month later, I still have not received my refund. Once I receive my full refund I will be more then happy to consider scheduling my comp party.
