Normally I never write reviews nor recommendations, but, knowing how hard hard it is to find reliable and trusting sitters, wanted to let those looking to find someone know, just how amazing Susan and her company are! I've been using them for a couple months now and I can honestly say, for the first time in my life, I can go away and not be constantly worried that my kitties are okay and being looked after properly. Not only are they being fed, played with and loved, but, if for some reason I start feeling anxiety, all I have to do is text my sitter and I get a prompt response, and sometimes a photo! There's never a mess when I return home and I always find them, and my house, exactly how I left. Relaxed, happy and clean! As long as I live in Phoenix, I will be using Pampered Pets & Plants for my cat sitting needs. I strongly suggest that if you are thinking of using their services, you set up a consult with one of the sitters. You will not be disappointed and your pets will thank you!

We've had two different pet sitters from Pampered Pets and Plants and have been extremely happy with both! It's a wonderful feeling to know your pets are in such good care and in their own home while you're on vacation!

We have been using Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc. for the past 8 years for our two dogs. I have always (always) gotten the best people from them and wouldn't ever use another source to take care of my little dumplings. In fact, when I tell them that the person who most often takes care of them is coming, they stand by the door anxiously waiting. Now, we only have one dog, but still use the same service. I'm smarter now because I wait until just a few minutes before she arrives to tell my dog or else she'll be sitting at the door forever. Sometimes I think she's happier to see her than she is to see me. Oh, did I mention that our sitter stays in our home, as well? Not only is our dog taken care of, but our house isn't vacant while we're away. A double bonus for us. You absolutely cannot go wrong by contacting Pampered Pets & Plants when you need pet sitting.

I recently used this service to take care of my two cats. I was absolutely thrilled with my pet sitter Patricia. She went way above and beyond the call of duty. She sent me pictures after every visit and even sent me videos! She had funny little remarks and comments and made me feel so at ease and happy that she was there. She even brought her dinner one night and stayed with them for an extra long visit. I highly recommend this agency. The owner has responded to my needs quickly and efficiently and they are truly professionals. Patricia should get an award for doing such a great job!

I cannot think of one negative thing to say about Pampered Pets and Plants, Inc. Our experience was a totally perfect one! We have two spoiled rotten rescues of dubious breed. Since this is summer in Arizona, everyone is looking to get out of Dodge. [redacted] was booked solid and she had her own husband sit our dogs - now that's really something, isn't it?
[redacted] came over to meet us prior to the dog sitting and we immediately liked him and so did one of our brats, the other warmed up to him in a couple of days, which is a miracle. Our drip system is always having issues and we did not even ask to have our plants watered, but [redacted] did it anyway - way beyond the call of duty!
Previously we had put the dogs in a fancy "resort" which ended badly and then a couple of sitters recommended by our vet - not good either. One actually didn't do the sitting but had her teenaged daughter do it in a haphazard way resulting in vet bills that cost much much more than the so-called service.

We booked Pampered Pets over 2 months ago to watch 12 animals while we go to England for our wedding in July 2014: we were very explicit about our unique situation and [redacted] and [redacted] were fine with it.
We began to worry that [redacted] would not work out due to her delayed response to emails and voicemails and ask for another sitter. (They say on their website they have 80 employees) [redacted] the owner, talked us out of it and convinced us it was a misunderstanding and that [redacted] was one of her best and most reliable sitters.
Friday June 15 (4 weeks before our wedding) [redacted] called us and said [redacted] would not be sitting for us and that [redacted] did not have another employee who could help us, and so they quit on us! Their only solution was to send us to random websites for pet sitters!
I have spent over 16 straight hours trying to find someone else. Everyone is booked this late for July and we may have to cancel our wedding due to this situation... How can she have 80 employees and no backup plan for if her sitters quit on a client?
