the bill to cover common area usage for example the landscaping and pool. [redacted] uses an outside company to bill each tenant and if they are not paid on time they will charge a late fee. Each tenant was made aware of these terms either when they move in and signed the lease or when the tenant’s lease status changed (i.e. a renewal or the tenant went month to month). [redacted] understands that your desired settlement would be to not be charged for water, however this is building policy. We have also seen several positive effects of charging back for water because as a community we are accountable for reducing waste and reporting any leaks.

Pan American has repaired all maintenance request in a timely manner and has worked around tenants schedules to accommodate tenants. On 2/6/17 tenant did contact property supervisor but she was out of office till 2/07/17. On 02/07/17 property supervisor contacted tenant and agreed to let her...
