I had a terrible experience while trying to confirm a reservation with GMG Tours I was speaking with Jim ***, who was extremely condescending as he informed me that my reservation would be cancelled because I didn't have a major credit card This was stated in an email that I received a month or so before, but I didn't notice A debit card is not sufficient I'll take blame and I'm ok with that I'm not ok with the way Mr, *** responded to me Unprofessional to say the least He was laughing as he was telling me that I didn't read the reservation details and my trip would be cancelled

This business appears to be unscrupulous. I attended a time share presentation at RWP and was promised a free trip for my husband and I. My husband and I thought this would be a fantastic opportunity to sample the timeshare and based on our experience, would join afterwards. The time share company failed to tell us there were some extreme hoops to jump through, making the trip almost impossible to obtain. Unlike reputable time share companies and marketing groups, this company has several mail in requirements that are time date sensitive as it seems they're main goal is not to give you the promised reward. Initially, I mailed off the first form given within 30 days. In response, I was mailed another paper requiring $100 money order along with a paper and had to return this within a certain time frame (the weird part is there would be additional mail in requirements afterwards, probably with short deadlines to meet as well). First of all, I received the second mail letter later than the date issued on paper so guess they won't penalize themselves. I mailed the second form one day passed the date on paper only to have it sent back saying past 30 days. Can you believe there were more steps you would have to take just to receive one reward? I really think it's totally unfair! If they were reputable, they would cut down these multiple mail in requirements and extend mail in dates. My husband and I were actually thinking about joining RWP until this experience. Also, realizing I was a day late, I called Gunn Marketing directly, spoke with a representative there and he assured me there would be no problem and would notify the department. He also said he would call me back if there were any issues preventing me from getting this reward. Well, the representative failed to call me so I thought everything was a go, instead the department sent a note saying I was no longer able to take advantage of the trip. Horrible experience, companies stay away from this marketing firm as there incentive claim process experience will not gain potential customers, it actually makes potential customers angry and no longer interested in your products/services. It's a very frustrating process that requires multiple mail ins, about 4 or 5 and is very time sensitive, no wiggle room. They should try to minimize the amount of required mail ins by initially sending all document information on first mail out. They should also extend mail return time frame. Very disappointed in this Marketing Group as I believed the representative when he said I had nothing to worry about. I feel so deceived and upset I wasted my money and time trying to participate in their never ending mail in's! Fortunately, my husband and I work in fields where we have a huge network of people and will definitely spread the word regarding our less than positive experience so hopefully others won't get duped as well.

Gunn Marketing Group uses every legal fine-print to get out of delivering product. I used US Mail instead of US Certified Mail and Gunn declared the offer null and void. Gunn received my paperwork, but on a technicality Gunn declared the offer null and void

I recently attended a sales presentation at the Welk Resort in San Diego, CA. One of the perks of this presentation was a free tablet, for which I followed the steps provided from the Gunn Marketing (Customer Choice Rewards program) only to receive a rejection letter stating that this offer is now null and void. I understand that with these marketing incentives often times companies bank on making the process very cumbersome and confusing in an effort to minimize the conversion. After reading the reason for which my request was rejected it further proves that the tactics used to do so are very misleading and unclear. My submission was rejected because payment was sent via "personal check," however the wording on the original instructions was that payment can be made with a "bank check or money order." The check I submitted is indeed issued from Chase Bank and thus qualifies as a "bank check."

To reiterate my earlier point the wording on the instructions should state that personal checks will not be accepted, but I understand if this was clearly stated that Gunn Marketing would probably end up having to honor more of these rewards and that's clearly not what they intend to do.
