agency moved us to an larger unit and bought us dinner for the inconvenience
Due to two complaints against them we were concerned about the sec depositNo need to worry it was applied (refund to our acct)days after we left
they were greatMany times to PC this was first time with this group but we will be calling the from now onIt was very nice
My family and I rented a 3 bedroom condo from Panama City Fl Resorts for the last week in April. While were there, there was a problem with plumbing in the unit above the one we were staying in. Although the management company we were renting from did not manage the unit above and the management company's office was not in the resort (it is about a mile away) They were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The leak must have been severe because it did cause substantial amount of water to come into the unit we were assigned. Panama City Fl Resorts responded quickly, recognized that we needed an alternative place to stay, recognized that some of our personal items were messed up by the water and understood that we were upset. They moved us, THEY MOVED US, They packed our items, and helped us get them to an alternative unit which by the way cost more than the one we had rented (THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US ANYMORE) they even had some items cleaned for us.
