The complaint is very vague as we have no part number to look up or information to researchI tried to pull the phone call based on the phone
number listed on the complaint, however we show no record of the call
We need more specifics on when the call was place and what part they are looking for

I would be happy to assist the customer but there are more specifics like what day did they call in? What time did they call in? What is the product they are looking for?
I am assuming that we had a listing that stated parts starting at price and this customer has a crew cab or long bed which is generally a higher price, but the complaint is so incomplete with data, that I have no where to go

Obviously we have reached the point that we need to just take this cover back and refund Mr***This is our intention, and we are just waiting on the manufacturer to approve the return and give us a return authorization numberOnce we have that we can send a prepaid shipping label to the customer and when cover has been received there will be a refund issuedThe reason we need to send it back to the manufacturer is so that we do not take a total loss on this bed coverI expect to have this within the next business hoursIn a worst case scenario, if for some reason the manufactrurer will not take the cover back, which I do not expect at all, we would just bring it back to our facility and then issue the refundRegardless, we will take care of the customer

We discussed this with the customer as our vendor (Bedrug) has a unilateral pricing policy as to how we can advertise.
The customer claims that we...

tried to switch him, but the sale expired. That is flatly not true. If he would have purchased the product during the sale time, we would have honored the sale price.
The customer wants something we cannot do due to our agreements with Bedrug.
The customer placed a product into his shopping cart during the approved sale time. The sale expired on Sunday evening 8/23/15.
The customer tried to convert the cart to an order on Monday and the price was higher.
We at LOF have no control over the pricing that can be advertised due to the vendor's unilateral pricing policy.
We suggested that the customer contact the vendor and try to buy it direct.
The customer is frustrated and want some retribution, but our hands are tied.
The customer complained through chat and did not identify himself so we could discuss.

I can notify the customer of the next sale that is scheduled for Thanksgiving weekend, otherwise he can see if other retailers will violate the vendor's unilateral pricing policy.

They stated they had to wait on the return prior to shipping the right one. They advised they did not have the one that fit my truck in there warehouse.
