The reason fro not accepting Panco's offer is twofold First is the financial aspectI would have to rent a truck, pay movers, buy friends dinner and beverage, purchase packing supplies, and pay for oven cleaning (chemical sensitivity) Since my move is not scheduled during my breaks I would have to take a day off from work Secondly, is the stress I just moved over Christmas To do it all again would elevate my blood pressure!

The tenant, P*** ***, mentioned in her complaint that she moved into the apartment on 12/26/This is correct However, she has been a resident with us since January 1, At the end of her prior lease, she requested a transfer to another unit. Any reported leaks have been
repaired promptly, but, have not affected this tenantUpon speaking with her on March 2, 2016, she explained that other tenants in the building had mentioned to her about the past leaksP*** expressed concern regarding irreplaceable items in her apartment, family photo albums and memorabilia. I explained to MsB*** that we valued her as a tenant and offered her a transfer to another building into a comparable apartment style at the same rental rate she is currently paying as well as $towards moving expenses incurred by her familyShe thanked me and explained that she would need to speak with her son before making a final decision and would get back to me. I called MsB*** and have not heard back from her regarding a final decision

I am contacting you regarding the attached complaintI spoke with MrsB*** and advised her to let me know what she felt was acceptable as far as moving costsShe said she would get back to meI never heard back and reached out to her timesShe stopped by the office and explained to me that she didn’t think $would cover her moving expenses and she didn’t feel like she would have to clean the apartment since she didn’t want to moveI told her that I would check into additional moving funds and check unit availability.I emailed her today to offer her $(an additional $100) for her moving expenses and let her know she would not be responsible for the cleaning of the oven due to her allergyI also advised her that we only have two 2-bedroom units becoming available and explained that time is of the essence due to availability and leasing trends
