The response from the business was blaming the advertiser, which may or may not be true. My main beef is that Panda Cashback is completely non-responsive every single time I contacted them. They even ignored Revdex.com for a while. I cannot accept the offer to connect me with the advertiser to resolve this complaint because I don't have confidence they will follow up

I would like to note however that my ticket numbers that I submitted on the company site are and I also sent a ticket almost one year ago (with cashback complaints), with the number being in the 860sConsidering how there are days in a year and resolving or responding (and being in work-in-progress) for only tickets per day is perfectly reasonable, and do-able even with extended holidaysSince this is an online shopping site that does not mention any sort of hours (or holiday time at all), it is unfair for the consumer to be waiting months for a response but still no resolutionI will wait for the business to perform this action and expect a very prompt response on any updates as to how quickly my complaint will be solved.This complaint will not be resolved until I receive my cashback and receive timely updates, which was not received within the days written on the pandacashback websiteAfter submitting my tickets, I also receive automated emails stating the company will respond within to hoursClearly, that time has passed more than should be acceptable by any working company.*** ***
