I am rejecting this response because: The restaurant owner is making up his story as he goes without actually reading the reason of my complaintI was told to get rid of the food since I could not bring it backThey told me they did not need a pictureI will not go back to this place ever again, and I don't care how long he had been in business, it is absolutely ridiculous that I should except his lies and be happy with themHe did not even care to respond to Revdex.com until the case was closedHe yells at his customers, lies and cheats themNo customer should have to go thru this type of treatment from the business

when the customer called for a second time. The orange chicken in question, is one of our most popular items. In the 19 years that we have been in business we have never received a complaint regarding the quality standards of our food. There is no way possible that the chicken had blood in it. The high quality product that we order arrives fresh and it is cooked in 300 degree oil. Under any circumstance, we want to make sure the customer has a pleasant and enjoyable experience with our restaurant, which is why we offered the credit with no questions asked. In regards to this claim, we must defend our restaurant because the claim is simply invalid. The customer lives close to the restaurant and would neither provide a picture of the meat for proof, or return the food so that we could inspect it. We have a lot of good, long standing customers and as I mentioned before, we have never had a complaint like this before.
