Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I understand that you say that you only keep certain recordings but when the incident happened your downtown manager stated that [redacted] was going to look over footage of the incident and then get back to usAlso when my husband called [redacted] stated that he looked over the footage and it was a dog bite and so my husband told him if we could see it and how do we know that happened and he told my husband because I said so and he said no he wasn't going to because he didn't have toSo why are your employees so clueless about what is going on? What really got to me is that my dog almost died we took her to her regular doctor and he confirmed to us that it wasn't a dog bite so now we want to know what it was? The dr your company took her to almost killed her As aresult of this she got a searious infection our Doctor confirmed our worst fears and when you guys accused our dog of doing this I knew something was wrong and the dr only confirmed it wasn't a dog bite so it wasn't our dog Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I called several times to the company to see what exactly happened to my dog and I was told several stories I was told there was a camera and looking over the incident by owners employees and then owner *** stated there was no cameras and also a employees word don't mean much there as I was given the run around before I told them I would only accept it if I was given a letter about the credit but he never sent me a letter so therefore I am not accepting that I won't even be taking my dogs there anymore I want to know what happened to my dog and why his employees are clueless as to what is going on in there company I want to see the camera that his employees said he had my dog almost died because of this
