Complete lack of customer service. Phone tag, no returned calls, and damaged my floor and they are not willing to correct.
Finally got my cabinets installed. Once they were complete, there was crooked cabinet pulls, they drilled every inch in my wall to find a stud, didn't put a shelf in where it was need for my microwave, didn't put a piece of trim up that was needed on the side of the cabinet which left a gap, made the hole for the stove and refrigerator too small, and even removed an electrical outlet. I called to get corrected and after a few failed attempts on them showing up, they finally did on 8/5/2020. Once they showed up, they did fix everything that was noticeable, but they left the part that would have gone across the top of the refrigerator off, so now there was a huge gap until I went to the hardware store and bought a board to put there myself. Once everything was "fixed", I noticed two giant scratches in my brand-new floors. They did this by sliding my refrigerator across the floor sideways. I was told by Blanca to send pictures and that they needed a couple of days and they would get back to me on it. It took me multiple attempts to get in touch with someone. Every time I would leave a message, I would never get a call back. Two weeks later, I finally got a call through. I was told that they were only going to pay for materials. I told them this is unacceptable. Was told that she would need to talk to the manager Keith and I would get a call back. A few more days go by and on 9/4/2020 I called to see what was going on and I did not get an answer to resolve my problem. I was told they were still only going to pay for materials because they did not have a floor installation person. I told them that was not my problem. I am not the one that scratched the floor. I paid them for cabinets and an installation service, and they ruined something in the process and that they needed to fix it. Told them they had until 9/10/2020 to give me an answer or I will be finding alternative ways to get this taken care of. They sent someone up on 9/9/2020 to look at the floor. On 9/10/2020 I received a call from Nick stating that they were going to pay for materials and only 1/2 of the installation and that I would need to cover the other half.

Desired Outcome

They need to fully pay to get the flooring they damaged at no expense to me.

improper, inaccurate product, unprofessional, offensive language, unreturned calls, and dangerous work environment
I regret to write this complaint, however, after multiple attempts to reach the vendor, I have been either unsuccessful, have been hung up on, or on occasion, have been "accidentally" left on hold while the vendor proceeded to make rude remarks, unprofessional comments, and inaccurate allegations about me as a customer.

We first attempted to contact this vendor in November of 2019. We were finally able to get in touch with the vendor in January of 2020. We were stuck using this vendor as they completed the previous work in our home.

Finally in late February of 2020, we were able to place an order.

When the order arrived, after we had paid in full, the cabinetry installed was inaccurate and installed incompletely. We currently have cabinets that are hanging off the wall and remain a hazard in our home. The vendor has refused to call back and has complained that they are waiting on us to complete a portion of this product. That is inaccurate.

In addition, the vendor informed us that they would not be correcting the issue, including paying to repair any damage done for their inaccurate and incomplete project.

The manager of the organization has frequently used offensive and rude language toward myself and my family members as well.

We are very disappointed in the conduct of this vendor, the incomplete project received, and the entire experience. We have first requested to have the project complete, but the vendor will not respond. We have now requested a full refund as the project is incomplete, inaccurate, and remains a hazard in our home.

Desired Outcome

We have requested a full refund as the vendor is uncooperative and unwilling to correct their issue and unwilling to complete this project.

After we did the install the customer disputed the charges with their credit card company. We have been waiting for the customer to complete the counter tops before we could complete our work. We won the credit card dispute and have tried to work with the customer. If the customer wants to return the cabinets then we will issue them a refund.

I have contacted this company over 23 times now to resolve this issue. They left the job half complete and never returned my call. Our contertops have been complete for over 90 days now.
In addition, the company delivered and installed the complete wrong items. The drawing is not anywhere near the approved sketches. When asking them to correct this issue, they said that they will attempt to correct it, but that some portions of the approved drawings, they do not do and it was just intended to help the drawing look better. When I asked them to remedy it, they said they would be happy to remove the cabinetry but they would not fix the damage to our walls that occured due to the installation.

In addition, the manage has used derogatory language toward me and about me. They will not return calls and they have refused to complete this issue. I had to pay another company to come and attempt to remedy the situation and it has now cost me over $2200 additonal dollars to resolve.

Hello, thank you for the response. I am of course still disappointed in the dishonesty and unethical behavior of this company. Although Sandra is providing call logs, she is not accepting responsibility.
1) During this time, Sandra and her company has not attempted to contact me one single time
2) I have continued to call and they do not answer, and they do not return voicemails.
3) there has been zero attempt to resolve the stated issues. They delivered the completely incorrect product, they did not install it, and left us with a significantly incompetent project. They continue to blame the fact that we needed to have additional product installed by an outside agency. Please note that work has now been completed for four months.

In addition, I have already paid another company over $2000 to restore our home to its intended state.

Feel free to close out this case, knowing that no attempt by the company to resolve this has been made.

At this point, our relationship as customer and business has ended. I just hope that they treat future customers better.
