Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do ] I do not accept this offer because they are not being truthful to you, I almost died for my injury due to Panda Machi's neglect and I was told that I would get a check plus all my bills paid in full when the insurance company sent me the check they said to sign an aggreement which I did and now they are not being truthful at all, I will not be satifsfied until they pay my medical bills in full and I will go to the news to get things moving if I have to, they are theives and liars they are not telling the truth, they are both working together, the lady from panda machi called me to tell me she was sorry but she was not sorry at all she was just trying to get me to shut up Regards, [redacted] ***

Review: I went to Panda Machi Restaurant for a mothers day dinner my son took me as I was eating my meal I started choking on a piece of metal that was lodged in my throat an ambulance was called and I was taken to the hospital which showed I had a piece of metal lodged in my throat from side to side 34.78 mm in length, I almost died because they could not get the metal that was lodged out of my throat, I have xrays to prove it and the size, well after things calmed down and I got released from the hospital I was contacted by the Panda Machi insurance company and I was told that they would give me 5.000 dollars and pay my medical expenses which totaled 3,218.52 that is what my insurance did not pay the rest my insurance paid but the total cost was 7.560.56, but this company did not pay one penny of my medical bills they sent me a check for 5.000 dollars and said they would pay all the medical bills, I signed a paper to get the 5.000 but I did not know that I was releasing them from paying the medical bills they tricked me into signing this paper and lied this restaurant is no good not only that they made my son pay 38.00 for the food we did not eat. that is really crazy end the ambulance drivers were shock my them making my son pay for the food as I was fighting for my life choking on a piece of metal. I want this restaurant to pay me for the medical bills and the price of the food that we paid and never ate. I have my records of all of this and the insurance company's name is Business Alliance Insurance company 1111 bay hill drive suite 410 San Bruno ca 94066 they are bad people. they will lie to people who have never had to go through this kind of things and no know how people can manipulate you into doing things that you don't understand.Desired Settlement: I want the money for my bills and the money for the food, and I want them to learn that they can't treat people like they are nothing, both the restaurant people and the insurance company they did not care at all.
