Panda Massage

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURE EVIDENCE. So I went there today 2/20/20 to get their $40 hour long foot massage that's promoted on a sign in front of their lot. So I go in and this over middle aged Asian woman comes from out of the back. I ask for the foot massage. At first she acts clueless until I explained about the sign out front. She looked reluctant. Then she said "It will be 25 minutes because I have someone else, sorry". She said sorry in a way as if she was saying goodbye. I said ok, I will wait. She seemed almost disappointed. So she goes back in the room to finish the guy up. First off, what if a different person had come in every 2 minutes? She was gonna stop his massage every two minutes? Anyway, she finishes. Then she comes to the front and asks me again what I want. I told her. She tried to point to the price list inside that said $50 and I said, you have a sign out front that says $40. She act as if she was so surprised scanning outside to look for the same sign that's been there for years. Then she says "Ok, you pay now". So in my mind I'm thinking, Why am I paying for a massage up front? Shouldn't I pay last like every other place so that a tip can be added? So she swipes my debit card but keeps the card reading system close to her body where I couldn't read the amount. So I had to like type my pin in with the reader far away from me turned awkwardly. It never said a price. So out pops a receipt and she crumpled up and attempted to throw the receipt away in a waste basket under her counter. I stopped her and said "Hey? Is that my receipt'" She act so surprised and confused. She then gave it to me and walked away towards the back for me to follow her or not. So I look down at it. It said $40 plus $15.00 tip plus $2.00 convenience fee. I said "wait, you added yourself a tip? I haven't even gotten service yet! I could hate it or stop you in the middle of it or something" she once again tried to act as if she couldn't understand English yet she has this weird smirkish look on her face. So the client came out to leave and handed her $10.and left. So after that I asked her again why did she help herself to a tip. At first she was attempting to say well, you swiped your card so it's ours now, but she stopped herself in the middle of saying it because she saw the look on my face. She tried to hand me the $10 and only that, which is weird because she took $15. I told her that I didn't want $10 or a massage at all. I wanted a full refund. She started acting confused again. So she called someone over the phone. She printed herself and identical copy of the receipt I had earlier when I told her of being overcharged. She was looking at info on that receipt. She tried to get MY receipt. I said "Ma'am, this is my copy. You don't need it. You have an exact match in your hand and can print out 100 more. She kept trying and I said no thanks ma'am. So she finally voided everything and I saw the two void slips in her hand. She handed me a different receipt and told me to sign it. It was a receipt that I was supposed to get in the first place to sign. It said massage $40 tip $15 $2.00 processing fee and it had a place where you sign. Under the signature panel it said I agree to pay the above amount. I said "Why would I sign this? I'm getting a refund'" She said, in order to get a refund you must sign this. I said this doesnt say refund. Those two in your hand that says Void at the top does. So she gives me 1 copy of the voided receipt. I said this is all I need. She said no maam, you have to sign this and hand me the original receipt that I gave you(the one she already has a copy of) in order for the void to go through(she seemed less confused with better English at this point) I said no. I'm keeping both receipts. She smirks and asks why. I said because I'm reporting you guys and she smirked. I'm reporting them to the Revdex.com and telling everyone about their fraudulent behavior. I recorded the whole thing as soon as I got a bogus receipt. I even took pictures. Available upon request.
