I have been reaching out to this company in regards to an item that I paid for on Mother’s Day I have yet to receive my item or my money back I have tried calling no answer I emailed them in regards to a refund they are refusing to give me my money back dealing with these people has been a nightmare I don’t know where elese to turn they keep giving me the run around about the pandemic which is fine But I don’t want the item I want my money back and they do not want to give me my money back they keep giving me the run around

Save ur $ pandaforth sucks... ordered my bear two weeks before Mother’s Day still haven’t received it. Emailed them they replied back with a “ rest assured it’s on the way” and I emailed them a total of 5 times only to be told the same thing twice.. pathetic company I’d like my 40$ back!!! And since I then I’m ignored.

I ordered from pandaforth exactly 2 months ago on april 13,2020. It’s been 2 months and I still have not received my order. They provided a number on their website which doesn’t work. And they barely reply to your emails!

I ordered the rose bear on 5/1/2020 it is now 6/10/2020 I have emailed numerous times about shipping and a refund, they say it is being processed. Nothing is being done about this. I was charged twice on PayPal. I want my refund asap.

Never received item or any communication back from company after numerous attempts. Will definitely contact my bank and dispute the charge.

Ordered 2 flower bears for my mom and mother-in-law for Mother’s Day on 5/2/2020 and it’s 5/23/2020 and I haven’t received neither order. I have emailed on 5 different occasions and only received 2 replies back. My last email was 5/15/2020 to cancel my order and I still haven’t received a email back.

Ordered on the 4th and I still haven't received my item... a tracking number... or reasonable contact. Dont order from here

Ordered a mother's day gift on May 1 that was supposed to arrive on May 6. It's now May 11 and not even an email from the company as to what's going on!

This website is absolutely trash. They do not reply to your emails or help you if you have an issue with your order. They gave a contact number on their website which does not work. I called that number every day for the past 3 weeks but it’s continuously switched off.

pandaforth, just seems to be a front for a Chinese vendor with a US address and middle man. I ordered three products from pandaforth on January 30, 2020 with guaranteed delivery by February 14, 2020. To this day, March 19, 2020 I have not received my order. I have requested a refund several times to no avail. I then get an email after requesting several refunds that my product is being shipped. Still almost 60 days after my initial order and and several refund requests. This is nothing but a Chinese company doing business in the United States with a US front address and middle person. Keeping American's money and shipping a product when they feel ready. I was given a corona-virus excuse after I complained to PayPal about a refund since pandaforth would not refund my money. My order was accepted long before the scare. I recommend this front be shut down immediately and stop taking American's money.

I ordered an item on February 3 for Valentine’s Day . payment was made via debit visa card tied to my bank account. payment was immediately processed through PayPal on the companiy’s end. my bank called me with an alert since it was an unusual company but because it went through PayPal, I figured it was OK . I’ve never received any shipping information or tracking number . repeated phone calls and emails to the company go on answered
