The receipt that is in my daughter's possession is an "original" receiptIt is also the ONLY receipt provided to my daughter and orally affirmed to her by their sales clerk as being what she needed for a RETURNI am not the slightest bit interested in an exchange largely due to the way the manager has so poorly handled this situationAs an aside, if your doors are open for business it doesn't matter if it's close to closing (it was an hour before closing when my daughter went in there) or notWhat a pathetic excuse to not try to maintain a good business relationship

We are happy to exchange the product with the gift receipt or put the amount back onto a gift card for the customer. Unfortunately by the time I was called both the employees working and the customer were both upset. Our franchise owner has been very adamant about not
giving back refunds without an original receipt. I tried explaining this to the customer but she was not at a place where she could listen. She came in at closing and told the staff that she would not leave until they called me at home. The staff informed her that if she insisted on staying they would then have to call security. We are a franchise and therefore the corporate Territory Manager does not have authority to contact a customer, which is why she did not receive a call from them.Again, if she brings the product and the gift receipt we are happy to exchange the product or put it back on a gift card for her
