days ago at the Pandora storeI have an employee with a birthday coming up and went back today to purchase the bracelet The bracelet was in the window with the same price tag as days ago When I asked the sales associate to pull it out I wanted it, she told me that was not the correct price I showed her the price in the window and she agreed that's what it said but it was incorrect She then stated she would have to get the manager Went through the whole spiel again and Sharon, the manager stated she would have to call her district manager I asked her to put the bracelet back where it was for a minute and she pointedly stated she was not going to do it She dialed her district manager's number and then she, along with two employees went in the back room to speak with him She came out and stated he said she could not sell it for that price but would offer us a jewelry box! I told Sharon that I owned a business and my items are much higher end than hers If I have a wrong price on any of my items and the customer that comes in wants that item, I must sell it at that priceIn the meantime, the person with me tried to call the number for Mark, the district manager He did not answer I went to another window and saw another bracelet that I asked a young lady to price out In the meantime we continued talking to Sharin who said they had a right to something that was in their catalog All of a sudden, at this point, a male cashier walks up and loudly says that the manager doesn't have to serve us The person with me tells him he is not in this discussion He yells something else and the person with me call him a derogatory name The manager is shocked and asks both of us to leave The male rates up as if he is going to charge at the person with me, all the while cursing and acting in a violent manner, and I ask my person to leave the store She does I then ask that they price the other bracelet and the guy says he is calling security on me I ask him to please call or give me the number to call because I am still in the middle of a transaction At this point Sharin calls the District Manager again and low and behold he answers her call I am still asking that they call Security and they refuse The DM asks to speak to me and I share what had transpired He, once again, offers a jewelry box and I tell him thanks but no thanks and band her the phone I then leave the store They are using deceptive sales practices and refused to price the second bracelet listed for one price and would have been another I have 4-bracelets and was in the midst of building a new one for myself with the new rose gold color they are offering At this point I don't think I will be ever buying Pandora again for myself or anyone else if they allow this store to treat its customers in this way and to be able to practice de price sales
