This complaint is pursuant to Complaint ID #*** In giving Timeshare Compliance time to respond and simply do what they said they would do in my original complaint, I had not realized that I had a time limit to replyIn their formal reply to my complaint, Timeshare Compliance stated that, "We have reached out to him on October 13, and clarified the difference in pricingWe have apologized for any confusion or misunderstandingTo show our sincerest apology, we have offered to honor the price that he initially understood it to be." This is a lie as in the reply to my email, there was a $'attorney fee' added onto the offerAs such, their response was a bald faced lie.I want what was originally offered and what was claimed to be offered following my original complaint
