Pandora Pigments

Ordered triptych gessoed board ( for icon painting) 9/20/2019, Invoice #***. I have not received it and have been unsuccessful in contacting the business. The business was forced to move unexpectedly, so I understood there would be a delay, however there have been no responses to inquiries about when I could expect to receive my order. I would accept an email saying “We’re working on it”, but I cannot contact anyone. As a result of no communication, I have become frustrated with the business.

My husband has tried multiple times to contact this company via telephone and email with no response. I have tried both email and multiple phones calls (one phone number now has a full mailbox) with no response. We ordered icon paint for my mother-in-law on Dec. 16, 2019 at a cost of $129.99 for the paint, $12.75 shipping for a grand total of $142.74. This was charged to our credit card immediately on Dec. 16, 2019. This item was never shipped (no tracking email was ever sent) and our attempts to contact them via telephone (at least a dozen phone calls to both numbers listed (this one now has a full mailbox) and ) where messages have been left with our order number and complaint of not receiving the item. We have also emailed them at their customer service email (***) with no return emails received. We are looking for any help at contacting this company and hopefully getting reimbursed. Thank you.
