doesnt honor return item.
Returned items in return policy period. I have mail delivery comfirmation and receipt but customer service claims no items found. I contacted pandora several times with no result.

I purchased a charm bracelet and multiple charms for my daughter's holiday gift. I was assured that the purchase fell under the extended holiday return policy. I specifically asked because the paper receipt only referred to their standard 30 day return policy. I even checked the website that day to confirm and it is still posted (as below).

"Free Extended Holiday Returns
Orders can be returned in their original condition for a refund until January 25, 2020.
Any items purchased between 11/15/19 - 12/25/19 are eligible for extended holiday returns until 1/25/20 by mail or in store with receipt".

Unfortunately, the sales associate was wrong when she assumed that the bracelet would fit my daughter's wrist. Again, this was a gift/surprise for Christmas so I didn't have her with me. I went into store today and was dismayed that they would not honor my return. I explained what I had been told at point of purchase, and what was stated on the website. The associate went through a closed door to speak to the manager. I was repeatedly told some cockamamie excuse that "we're a Ben Bridge Pandora store" and that my return could not be completed. I also was told that the manager could take my name and phone number to contact me at a later time. I asked to speak to the manager. The associate left and returned after what felt like an eternity, and shared the same message...no return and the manager would contact me. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I, the customer, am present and requesting to speak to the manager. If the manager had time to say "no", then she or he had time to come out and speak with me. Secondly, I was informed in person (and also via the website), that Holiday returns are extended until January 25, 2020.

This is our first and last experience with Pandora. I really believed Pandora would be a good introduction to jewelry for my daughter. Well, not anymore. We'll just have to move right on to Tiffany & Co. We will not support a business that does not stand by their written policies and so blatantly disregard their in-store customers.
