This involves a 12k mile service on a R1200RTMy scheduled appointment was for today 09/07/I arrived yesterday at 4:50pm ** drop my bike off for service and made prior arrangements due ** having ** travel over miles to the shopBoth the service manager, *** *** and his assistant *** both promised me a loaner bike so I may have transportation to my hotelAfter giving all the appropriate information for service and asking for the loaner bike, the owner, *** refused to allow me the loaner bike saying I did not purchase the motorcycle from themThis left me with no transportation back to my hotelAfter voicing my concern, Matt, the service manager confronted me and came around the counter and asked me to go outside to settle the matterHere is a yo wanting to confront a yo manI immediately reminded him of his agreement and that I was the customer
In my opinion the owner should have honored the agreement of his service manager and teamObviously I did not leave my bike at this shop nor will I do business here again and will discourage anyone else from doing so
So, at this point I am out the expense of a night in a hotel and two days travel time from Cincinnati to Chattanooga not to mention having to find another dealer to have the work doneGreat vacation heh?
The matter was resolved last night with me taking my bike and refusing service from a hostile environment
I have had service done on this motorcycle at Fort Collins BMW in Colorado and was offered a loaner bike as well as Max BMW in New Hampshire who offered a loaner bikeSo it appears to me that service at Pandora Motorsports is substandard and lacking to say the leastBEWARE of any agreement that is made to you by this shop
